Before you order

• Surveys are processed within 48 hours of receiving all required information.
• Surveys are sent from support@ttisi.com
• Evaluator roles are fixed. Roles cannot be changed once a survey has started, so please review them carefully before submitting.
• If you require multiple surveys, please add them all to your cart before checking out.

What happens after purchase?

• You'll receive a confirmation email right away. Please read it carefully, as it contains important details that need to be completed before your survey can be created.
• A follow-up email may also be sent if any additional information is needed.
• Surveys cannot be created until all required information has been submitted.
